1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and wtk999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the wtk999 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features and content. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on wtk999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

wtk999 operates a strict one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method policy. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances forfeited without prior notice.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

wtk999 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification may be requested before processing your first withdrawal, when a significant volume of transactions is detected, or at any other time at our sole discretion.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in suspension of withdrawal rights. wtk999 does not process withdrawal requests to payment accounts that do not match the name on the registered wtk999 account.

4. Deposits

All deposits to wtk999 must be made using one of the supported Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though wtk999 may apply transaction monitoring thresholds consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time in most cases. Where a delay occurs due to a payment service interruption, funds will be credited within two (2) business hours once the transaction is confirmed with the payment provider. wtk999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.

wtk999 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the same name as the wtk999 account. Deposits received from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the wtk999 cashier section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by the wtk999 finance team following a verified request.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 10–30 minutes for approved bKash and Nagad requests. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. In exceptional circumstances, such as during system maintenance, high transaction volume, or pending KYC review, processing times may extend to 24 hours. wtk999 will communicate any delays via the registered account email or support channel.

Withdrawals may be declined or reversed where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; (c) a fraud, money laundering, or chargeback investigation is in progress; or (d) the withdrawal request appears inconsistent with normal account activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the stated wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

The following conduct is classified as bonus abuse and will result in account suspension: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using two or more accounts to place opposing bets to clear wagering requirements; systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. wtk999 reserves the right to remove bonus offers, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts involved in bonus abuse without prior notice.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on wtk999 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, wtk999 will rely on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA) as the definitive source. Bets on events that are subsequently ruled void by the governing body will be settled as void, with stakes returned.

Casino and live dealer game results are determined by certified random number generation systems or live dealing equipment supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, and other licensed studio partners. wtk999 does not control game outcomes and cannot override or reverse game results once they have been determined by the game software or live dealer. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. Nothing in this clause limits wtk999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and wtk999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
